Due to current levels of demand, failure to attend could lead to the cancellation of the remainder of your booking.

All fees need to be paid within 7 days of your booking.

Discount codes are only eligible if payment is made within 2 weeks of the camp start date

We are not responsible for any damage, loss of belongings, or valuables during the camp.

Any unacceptable behaviour from your child may result in their expulsion from the camp. All expulsions are non-refundable.

All children should be in good health to take part in the activities and any allergies/illnesses must be brought to the attention of the Lead Coach. Medication like inhalers should be brought to every session and clearly labelled.

In the event of injury/illness during the camp if you can not be contacted, you give consent to your child receiving medical treatment from a qualified First Aid Trainer. Unless the Lead Coach is informed otherwise.

Photographs will be taken on a regular basis to be used for social media and marketing purposes only. Please ensure you let the Lead Coach know if you do not consent to this at the start of the session.
